Soho Square integrates residential, retail, and circulation across three towers on Saadiyat Island, Abu Dhabi, delivered through a single design-build contract. JCGR Construction coordinated structural, facade, and civil works to unite the towers with a connected amenity level featuring pools, landscaping, and outdoor lounges. The ground plane opens to commercial storefronts, tying the complex into the surrounding street network and creating a cohesive live-work destination.
